A Tradition Worth Celebrating

This award reflects the consistently high quality and service diners can expect at 200 Monroe, showcasing the team's commitment to excellence.
It is also a testament to the dedication of HCTI students and instructors who bring their best to every table. Year after year, that same warmth and care keeps guests coming back, and it's a joy to watch new students carry the tradition forward. Congratulations to the entire 200 Monroe team on this well-earned honor!

Catering Inquiries
HCTI is proud to receive numerous requests for students to cater special events, from
weddings and corporate gatherings to community celebrations. While these opportunities
are very much appreciated, the program is unable to directly accommodate these requests,
as the resources required to support outside events are reserved for our student training
experiences.
We are, however, happy to provide referrals to HCTI graduates currently operating
successful catering businesses throughout the region. Please contact us at HCTI@frederick.edu, and we'll gladly point you in the right direction. Thank you for your interest!
